The wall, the record, and the WhatsApp.

Loom efficiency software for the whole factory: the wall for the floor, the timeline for the master, reports for the owner. All from the same pick count, so every number agrees.

During the shift

A wall the whole factory reads from the door.

Every loom as a tile: running, a stop, a feeder stop or no signal, with efficiency, speed and metres on it. On the TV on the floor, the office PC and your phone at once.

A factory floor, running now. Tap a loom to stop it; point at one for its details.

88.4%shed efficiency, live
23 running 9 standing
Colours that mean something
Green, amber and orange by efficiency. Red for a stop, blue for a feeder stop, grey for no signal.
Lines and qualities
Group the wall by line, by quality or by karigar, the way the floor is laid out.
Never a false green
A loom that goes quiet turns grey within 3 minutes, so a dead loom never looks like it is running.
Your language
The wall in English, Gujarati or Hindi, whichever your master reads.

When the shift ends

The whole shift, kept minute by minute.

Each loom’s shift as one bar: where it stood, how long, and why. Point at any stop. The stretch nobody went to look at is a long red block.

  • Feeder and other stops in their own colours
  • No signal shown as no signal, never as running

Point at any stop to see when it began and how long it stood. Loom 4 went quiet at 12:30, and the timeline says so instead of showing it green.

Reports that add up, however you look at them.

Shift, day, month or any range. By loom, by karigar, by quality. Efficiency, metres and stops, all from one count, so the totals match.

Before trouble

See what needs a person, before it costs a shift.

One page for everything open right now, and a board for every beam on the floor. The same limits drive the WhatsApp messages.

Alerts

Looms stood past your limit, power cuts, looms gone quiet and beams running low. Newest on top.

  • Your own minutes for a long stop
  • Which hours trouble starts
  • Every alert for the day or month
  • Running again closes it

Beams

Load a beam with its number, quality and length. LoomLink counts what is woven and works out when it will end.

WhatsApp, only when it matters.

Running the business

Pay karigars and price qualities from the same numbers.

The metres a karigar wove come from the looms they ran. The cost of a quality comes from its tar, pick and denier. Both sit next to the production.

Karigars

Assign karigars to looms by shift. The weekly sheet writes itself, and nobody argues with it.

Put one loom on it first.

We fit LoomLink on one of your looms. Compare it with your counter, and with whatever you run today. Then decide.
