Most factories already have a wall. We wanted one you could trust.
Coloured tiles on a TV are everywhere in Surat now. What we kept running into was the gap between the tiles and the floor: metres that didn't match the roll, stops nobody could explain, and looms that showed running long after they had stopped talking.
LoomLink is what we built after that. It is made in Surat, Gujarat for the water-jet factories around us, and tested every day on a working loom, next to the system it is meant to beat.
What we hold ourselves to.
The wall tells the truth
A tile that says running must mean the loom is running. When we don’t know, the wall says we don’t know.
Count, don’t guess
Metres come from picks actually woven. If our number and your counter disagree, we want to hear about it.
Say less, say it right
One report at shift end, and a message only when someone needs to act. An alert nobody reads is worse than none.
Pick up the phone
We are in Surat. When a loom is dark, you talk to the people who built it, the same day.
How we work with your factory.
Monitoring is only as good as the people behind it. This is what you can expect from us.
We fit it ourselves
Our own team fits every loom and checks it is counting before leaving.
One number to call
You talk to the people who built LoomLink, not a call centre.
We watch it too
If a loom goes silent, we see it on our side as well, often before you do.
It keeps getting better
New reports and features arrive on your screens without a visit.
Close enough to come the same day.
We work in the weaving areas around Surat. If your factory is further out, ask: we plan visits by area.

Put one loom on it first.
We fit LoomLink on one of your looms. Compare it with your counter, and with whatever you run today. Then decide.
