1
What we collect
From your looms: picks, speed, stops and when they happened. From you: your name, phone number and the people you add to your factory’s account.
2
What we use it for
To show your wall and reports, and to send the WhatsApp messages you have switched on. Nothing else.
3
Who sees it
You and the people you give access to. Our support team, when you ask for help. We do not sell or share it.
4
How long we keep it
For as long as your factory uses LoomLink. Ask, and we send you a copy or delete it.
